I brought 3 Rice students from my classes to attend this roundtable, thanks to the generous support provided by our newly established Department of Translational Asian Studies. Each student made comments and asked questions at the event, very much impressed the participants and the audience. Their presense helped to promote the publicity of Rice and the dept.
